The evidence 1-6 I have shown you (FM 91.1 ) does not show a good picture.

The period my research covers about 1998 to end of 2004. 
In 2005, where Glen Innes is  part of the FM, the station should build.

Your silence has wrecked, what could have been a vibrant station in Deepwater where plenty presenters could have been working. 
Instead your Station in Deepwater is a skeleton.

Your silence has wrecked a prime garden at the Deepwater Railway.
As shown by my evidences.
For you guys to go to the station today 2005 and try to say you have not wrecked the Northern part of the garden is beyond belief.
I cannot believe you can be so sinister.
By forcing this huge tower and the fence around it, in the middle of a garden is clearly wrong.
You have done the wrong thing.
For you not to admit it and not apologies to us  shows how far you are from our community.

If I had not of discussed what really happened you would have let us believe the State Rail and the Council were responsible for where the tower is. 
So you were really deceiving us, trying to make us believe you guys (91.1) were not responsible for where the tower was placed. 
Yet you were.

I am waiting for more information to come across my desk for evidence 7. Evidence 7 will be posted as soon as the material I need arrives.
 
I thought I would look for additional thoughts about FM 91.1 Committee in Deepwater.

Loyd you said, `We have made a policy with FM 91.1 ,that any person who causes trouble, a person who does not agree with us , we will refuse to talk with them.
As you will see in evidence 7, the FM Deepwater 91.1 Committee refused to discuss issues with presenters who were on air over first couple of years.. Over time 13-14 presenters had issues to discuss, but the Deepwater FM 91.1 Committee would not talk to the presenters.
During the time when a effort was made to sort out issues, all mail sent by presenters to the FM Secretary was returned unopened and even nasty comments were written on the returned mail (The nasty comments were from a FM 91.1 Committee)..
                 In 6 years you (91.1) have you never seriously responded to those who feel aggrieved.

 Reg, how are you going mate? In 1993 I asked Michael who was the Anglican Vicar in Deepwater and Emmaville to be a mediator between you and me. I wanted to sort out the problem with you ( includes FM 91.1). And Reginald, what was your answer....?
You refused my request. You told Michael, you will not do it.
You said to me (researcher) during the period that evidence 7 discusses, 
that you were the aggrieved, and you had done nothing wrong and you had nothing to do.
 So I assume (And your comments to me the researcher), your attitude was simply that; as far as you were concerned there was no problem at all from your side ( FM 91.1)
Yet, a year later 3 events (only 4 months ago Sep,Oct Nov 2004) (evidences 1-4 ) show that you as a group FM 91.1 had not move forward at all. There was a problem within your group. you had not settled issues at all, and issues you held against us were burning  inside and erupted as evidences show.
As a community were were running forward (and we had put behind issues of the past) and the first event at the railway had 12 different Charity groups and we found the FM showed animosity towards us, then a couple of weeks later we found that for months you had been undermining the 355 group who manage the railway station by forcing a tower onto us in the middle of our garden. And then we had the Plantarama at the railway and once again your animosity was evident as evidences show.
And so to right injustices I have placed before the community what has actually happened over the years, and the final `evidence 7' is to be posted.

 Reg, Michael came to me again , and said, you were not interested to do it. I asked Michael to ask you again , because I wanted things sorted out (particularly the FM problem). Reginald, what was your answer...?
After this second request I did not hear a word back again, by Michael or you. It was as though I did not exist or I made the request.

It is obvious to me that you (Reg) and Loyd made the policy not to respond to any person who questions your authority in the Deepwater FM 91.1.

The refusal to communicate with people that have an issue (problem), to be discussed,  has been in place for 6 years and even today February 2005 this same policy is in place today.
Those of you who have been trained in dealing with people know that policy to not communicate is a death that destroys.
The evidence is before our own eyes with the FM Deepwater 91.1.
My evidence 1-7 shows an almost disdain from your committee (91.1) towards Deepwater Citizens.
It appears the  FM 91.1  Committee, has not learnt the lesson that communication is the secret to success in all issues.
