PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK............07/06/003...

There is a side of a person that is ugly.

If you are a person who spends 100% thinking about yourself then I am talking about you.

Are you saying that in the billions of people who live with you on the planet that you are the only person that is important.

That thinking is absurd, stupid.

You live in a community. The people around you are affected by your attitude.

Are you flying around, spending dollars or maybe none, and you are getting nowhere in your organization, your  business or charity organization. There is a possibility that you are using  the scarce resources in your community inefficiently. If the community is not inspired by your organization and only a small number support it, then  in our modern world you are are dinosaur. You are trying to exist, but really you should be buried.

If you lack the expertise to inspire people around you so that the community runs with you, then it is time for you to step out of the picture and find a person who can inspire people. We are talking about a true leader, who is almost a non-entity in our communities. 
I have no hesitation in saying that in small communities there are to many charity organisation trying to survive. And barely survive is correct. It would be better to consolidate the groups and then those who exist they will become viable. 

But who makes that decision that they are in fact wasting resources in their community?

That is what makes me say, people make me sick.

People are not astute enough to make rational decisions in this area.

The test is simple. If people are not supporting your organisation, then you are either a lousy leader and needs to be replaced. Or the community would not miss your organization if it gone.

So make the decision.
The community might be better off if you were gone
 or your organisation needs to be gone

If it makes no difference whether you, 
or your organisation is there, 
Well! 
Be gone!

Do the world a favor. 
You are using scarce resources, money and people.
