Overseer's of New Life Church

This is a communication link for the Overseers of New Life Church.

New Life Church's Overseers are Pastor Larry Stockstill from Bethany World Prayer Center in Baton Rouge, LA; Pastor Mike Ware from Victory Church in Denver, CO; Pastor Mark Cowart from Church for All Nations in Colorado Springs, CO; and Pastor Tim Ralph from New Covenant Fellowship in Larkspur, CO.

Under the Church's bylaws, the Overseers are not only are responsible for the discipline of the Senior Pastor, they are also charged with "provid[ing] spiritual protection to the Church" and "to protect the hearts of all involved in matters of pastoral discipline."

Accordingly, the Overseers are not only working towards Rev. Ted Haggard's restoration but also to ensure that the Church is honoring God through its ministers and ministries. The Overseers have appointed a Restoration Committee to assist with Rev. Haggard's restoration. This committee consists of Pastor Jack Hayford from Church on the Way in Van Nuys, CA; Pastor Tommy Barnett from Phoenix First Assembly in Phoenix, AZ; and H.B. London of Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs, CO.

In order to help spiritually protect the Church and the hearts of all involved, Acting Senior Pastor Ross Parsley has asked the Overseers to interview and evaluate staff members at the Church.

To assist in both the process of Rev. Haggard's restoration and the protection of the Church itself, the Overseers are open to receiving current information relevant to either Rev. Haggard's recovery process or any concerns about New Life Church staff or its leaders.  While they cannot promise confidentiality, the Overseers will handle any such information discretely.

Please read the following guidelines that will help you determine what information, if any, would be helpful in this process.

1. The scope of your concern should address current issues regarding Rev. Haggard's recovery or regarding the ministry or spiritual character of staff or leadership of New Life Church.

2. The information you share must be first-hand, factual, and detailed with as many dates and specifics as possible for your communication to be considered credible (no rumors, please).

3.  Please try to limit your communication to no more than 500 words.

While the Overseers will review any information submitted, please understand that there are a variety of reasons that you may not receive a response, including the fact that they may already be aware of your concern.

Thank you for your help in making this process gracious and healthy for all involved.
