IS IT TRUE TO SAY
THE GREATEST ENEMY WE HAVE IS OURSELVES

There is so much writing in books that tell you how to accomplish something in your life.
The greatest enemy you have, is yourself.
It is easier to do what you want to do.
A body that is not disciplined that gives you good habits is a body that will stop you having a fulfilled life.

The frontPage column on the left has what is called
`Motivation'
Designed to help you to get your act together.
I need these motivation statements to pull me back into line.
Otherwise my life's journey will end with a lot of regrets.
I wish, I wish
You and I, need to be able to say,
`I ran my race to the best of my ability.
Therefore, no regrets.

You know how hard it is to get good habits to do what needs to be done.
If you have trouble and find you are continuing to fall off your bike, so that your plans fall into a heap
the secret is not to quit.
Pick yourself up again, look at the situation, then re-plan and try something different. A different plan to remove the obstacle.

I cannot highlight the fact that it does not matter how many times you fall off. Get back on and ride again.

You will succeed.
