These last two evidences I believe explain why the evidences 1,2,3,4,5   show why the FM 91.1 group,  behaved as they have over the last 6 years. 
Hi, Ray, Reg, Mark and Jan, M. Board members of Fm 91.1.  You guys  have been doing the wrong thing in our town Deepwater. It is possible, that even though you guys have done the wrong thing, you actualy believe you have done the right thing. A group full of delusions....Hendrik

As always, If you disagree with my statements. If you think I am wrong, sent me an Email, and the offending item will have a correction.

The evidences 1-5 can be classed as rotten fruit. The actions as shown are flawed decisions (rotten fruit). The rotten fruit came because the tree was corrupted. So the fruit given from the tree 
(FM 91.1) was unable to bring forth good fruit, as we have evidenced in the evidences 1-5.
So
evidences 6 & 7 show how the tree became corrupted.

If what I have said is incorrect then send me an Email and rectify the statement.

It was in 1997 the FM 91.1 asked for rooms to rent at the Deepwater Railway (scroll down to see the letter). Even though they agreed to pay rent, they (FM 91.1) felt their contribution to the community was so great that they should not pay rent.
Never, ever have they ever sent a letter to why they should not pay rent. They simply have refused. Even a council letter was given to FM 91.1 to pay rent, but they still refused to this very day 11th Feb 2005..

It was in November 2001 that the Deepwater Railway station was restored outside of the building, by State Rail. That  was good for the town.
In this situation, even though the FM 91.1 knew there was a 355 Committee managing the railway, the FM Committee behind the back of the 355 Committee claimed to be managers of the Deepwater Railway.
The reason they did that was that the FM 91.1 decided to take over the Deepwater Railway Committee. 
An urgent Railway Committee was held to try to sort out the problem.
It was at this time that I (researcher) became involved with the Railway Committee because the FM 91.1 had taken over the 355 committee's work. They  were trying to remove the Railway 355 Committee..
I can clearly say that my

can help you understand the problem I am addressing in evidence 6 and 7.

But I can prove sour grapes and bitterness in 3 ways.
1/ FM 91.1 Committee in evidence 5, secretly behind the back of Railway Committee, through Richard Torbey, tried to remove the Deepwater Railway Committee. A second attempt to remove them.

2/ Myself (researcher) the very next day of the Public Meeting where the Railway Committee survived after the FM 91.1 tried to vote them out, I received a letter from a board member (FM 91.1 ) where I only had a few hours work, that my work had been removed (The work came back, but the letter shows the anger that existed from FM 91.1 Committee in losing out in the meeting).

If these two examples do not show a deep resentment from the FM 91.1 Committee. then my name is not Hendrik.

3/ Further more Ray said in a committee meeting that I attended to sort out the issues I have been discussing in evidences 1-7, Ray said, If they FM (91.1) did agree to the demands by people such as me, He (Ray) would walk out of the FM. This meeting was held in Trethewey Industries business. At the meeting was, Ray, Reg, 
Jan, M, Loyd and Tammy and your friend Hendrik. The meeting was abusive towards me (researcher).
Clearly there is a deep resentment emanating from the FM 91.1 Deepwater Committee which, after all these years, this bitterness exists today February 2005.
So it is not surprising that I say, the FM 91.1 Committee (the tree) has been corrupted and from this corrupted tree comes rotten fruit (flawed decisions).

As a note from the researcher.
I can prove that  bitterness and resentment exists in the FM 91.1 exists in those mentioned in the evidences. The evidences show actions only 4 months old. It is clear that they are  carrying old garbage, the problems of yesterday are still with them today February 2005. Because their thinking is tainted, their attitude towards so many Deepwater citizens, taints the thinking of those on the Glen Innes members.
Which is sad.
I know all those who have been involved with the FM in Deepwater, we have all moved forward to new horizons, but behind the back of the Deepwater Community the FM 91.1 Committee are still plotting to destroy any hope of  decent relationships, where we work together to build a FM voice from Deepwater.
Those mentioned in the evidences FM 91.1 Committee need to repent, change their way and thinking.
They need to put away those things who hold them back in building relationships with people in Deepwater.
Until you repent, and change your ways you will be responsible for hindering the growth of the FM in Deepwater.

I know the FM 91.1 Committee will immediately change their ways.
If not...One day they will be gone from the FM and a new dawn will rise .

Please note,  FM 91.1 Committee. The way you have behaved over the years, there must be a reason, and I believe what I am saying about it,
 is the reason.
And with evidence 7 a situation occurred within the Deepwater FM 91.1 Committee that they could not let go of issues which has happened a long time ago.  
People issues, that have never been resolved, has over shadowed their original vision concerning the Deepwater Community. 
Finally their vision was shattered, and finally January 2005 the FM 91.1 has no Deepwater Community support and a lonesome presenter plus a 2 hour presenter.
Sad, sad, sad and I can say Fm 91.1 Deepwater Committee has the fruits they deserve.

I can add , that with Glen Innes people in the FM station, if we look at 11 Deepwater people and 13 approx Gen Innes who attended the meeting just before Christmas, I believe Glen Innes members are raising their voices and there will be a positive input and what has happened in the past in Deepwater need never to be repeated.
I wish the FM group success in all things they do.

I have shown this letter to show you that FM 91.1 asked the Railway for rooms to use, and they were going to pay rent.
As of now after 8 years the FM group refused to pay rent.
Reg, you said to me (researcher), You can ask for rent (Railway Committee), but it is another matter for you to get it....
Little did I realize, that the FM 91.1 had absolutely no intention of paying any rent, even though the Railway Committee gave you (FM group) 3 years free rent to establish yourself.
