The issue
A tower placed in the garden at the Deepwater railway

Note
This evidence 4, that I am sharing with you on this page, gave me the motivation to do the research concerning Deepwater FM 91.1.
I am disappointed that the tower was placed where it is
(FM Deepwater Committee played a role in placing the tower in its current spot),
and I am sure as you see the photos below you will also agree. A flawed decision was made and one that cannot be rectified.
I had moved forward concerning FM, but I was compelled to set right what has happened with the Deepwater FM and Deepwater citizens.
The Deepwater FM Committee is not entitled to any loyalty from Deepwater people because the FM Deepwater Committee has shown no loyalty to Deepwater people over the years and even now, November 2004 it is still the case.
Other evidences, that I will post in the next few weeks will support the statement I have just stated above. .

I am reminded statements made to me (researcher) by FM board members.
1/ `We only want people to become members, pay their money, we (board) without members input, will run the station'
2/ `You (researcher) are supporting the wrong group'.
It was not a question of right or wrong. I was not supporting the FM board therefore I am wrong (the board made it impossible for me to support the board).
3/ `We (board) want members to show complete obedience to the board'.
One member was asked ( a member who was in dispute with the board)` Do you show obedience to the board.' The member said, `No'.
So that person was removed from the member's register.
I personally was asked whether I (researcher) will be obedient to the board.
My answer was, `I cannot give you my support because you (board) simply cannot do the right thing.
The evidences I share with you prove my point. FM Deepwater Committee has not deserved the support of the community.

The evidences I share with you
now and in the future
will show FM Deepwater has a serious problem.
The problem that exists is
not with Deepwater people,
as FM Committee claim
but
the problem lies within the
Deepwater FM Committee
that has been making decisions that has brought them to 10th November 2004 where Deepwater FM 91.1 is floating in cyber space and not reaching down to the Deepwater people.

But the truth is:
I am the friend of
FM Deepwater and FM Glen Innes
I support them.
I have no hesitation in saying the impediments within the FM needs to be sorted out.
I look forward to that day
when the FM in the district is flowering as it should.

EVIDENCE 4
Because the Deepwater FM 91.1 Committee has deliberately refused to communicate with groups in Deepwater and particularly those responsible for the railway garden a tower has been erected in the middle of the Railway garden.
A mistake has been made.

	If you were a gardener and you were proud of your garden, how would you like someone to force on you a tower close to the entrance and building (25 meters). If the tower was (60 meters) North it would have been outside of the garden, where it should have been. All groups, State Rail, Council and those who look after the garden agreed the tower would be outside of the garden (60 meters). In my analysis at the bottom, I will show you that the FM Deepwater Committee was not happy with the groups decision, State Rail, Council and people who look after the garden. So the FM group successfully managed to get State Rail and Council to place the tower (25 meters) closer to the building. In my analysis I will tell you why I believe the FM wanted the tower closer. And it is not because it had to be where it is for a great TV reception. Look at the next photo below
	In the middle of the garden. It is beyond my comprehension that a group that never ever supported the group who look after the garden, can be so greedy in forcing this tower on those who developed the garden and maintain it. Look at next photo below

	You have got to be joking for this flawed decision! Look where the tower is! Would you guys (guys is generic for male and female) place a tower in your own garden. You know very well you would not let that happen to you. But you deliberately placed a tower in someone else's garden.

	Notice how close the tower was being erected to the building.
	You can see where the tower was being erected and the fence at the end. The tower was to be the other side of the fence you can see. All groups would have been happy if that happened. But it did not. I will now analyze the situation as I see it.

Have a look, and make your own decision whether the FM Deepwater Committee did the wrong thing.
They (FM) are responsible for the tower being 25 meters from the building instead of the 60 meters which would have put the tower out side of the garden.

In analyzing the situation, and the photos, it is clear that the tower was built in an inappropriate spot because it overshadows the garden and activities.

The question has to be asked, `Why was the tower built in the spot it is?'

The first decision by the stake holders, was that the tower was to be built 60 meters away, outside of the garden.
State Rail, Council and the group who overseers the building all agreed it would be over the fence.

All information has been given to me by board members. So having information from the horses mouth I can say clearly,

the Deepwater FM 91.1 Committee was unhappy with the spot, they wanted it closer because it was going to be more expensive for them to connect to the tower. We are dealing about a couple of thousand (approx).

A board member said to me (researcher) ` We had to place it closer because of the cost...'
Another board member said, `State Rail and the council wanted it 60 meters away from the building, but that does not suit us. and we told them so.'
Reg and Mark, you are responsible for forcing this tower into another person's garden. You can apoligize to us anytime. If you are not responsible send me an Email and I will correct the mistake. ..Hendrik

So, without discussing it with Deepwater people (stakeholders who were maintaining the gardens) the FM Committee made a deal with State Rail and the Council, so the tower was built in the middle of the garden.

If the FM Committee had discussed their concerns to the stake holders (community) I believe the the money would have been raised and the garden could have been saved from that tower reaching to the heavens. The tower could have been reaching the heavens on the other side of the fence and every body would have been happy.

It is obvious the Railway garden has been desecrated.
A prime garden at the railway building has been spoilt.
Of all places in the middle of the garden!
For heavens sake, how can you guys
be so inconsiderate towards Deepwater citizens!
So selfish!
