I have had to think about how to present my material.
I have decided to:
1/ Go through the evidence I have collected and place it on my site over the next few weeks (format below).
2/ Once I have presented all my material to you I will present to you the 1,2,3,4, as to what I think is the truth of the evidence. I believe 1 of the 4 possibilities is correct.
3/ Then I will summarize all my evidence, and tell you what I believe is the true situation of the FM and I believe my remarks in the opening will be supported.
4/ Then I will make recommendations.

Evidence is now presented below.

Note, the door is shut to the FM studio. The next photo below will show the crowds.

Over the years at every event , at the railway station, the FM Deepwater Committee, has never recognized any event at the station.

Today is no different. I have to ask the question. `What has happened to those of you who are running the FM station.? Why have you not taken such a wonderful opportunity to reach out to the community and the people around the district who came today?
Why is it that you guys on the FM board completely ignored this event? Is it because of sour grapes. Is it you are getting back because you have failed to try and remove the community group who are managing the site?

Possibilities
1/ Too busy for such an event.
2/ Deliberately not supporting any events at the railway.
3/To dangerous for FM Committee to mingle with the crowds.
4/ Apathy, simply not interested

It is a fair question to ask ,`Why has the FM presenter who was in the FM studio, parked directly opposite the door to the FM studio, preventing people from using the area.

In the FM files there is a letter from the council asking people to park North of the building so that photos could be taken.

Well Jan..M, how are you? I am sure you had a good reason for deliberately parking your car in front of the Fm studio to stop people using the space. . Is it because of the reason that will be evidence 3 that you had a problem with the charity group. You were getting in first.

Possibilities.
1/ The presenter wanted to be close to the door in case a terrorist phone, so a quick exit can be had.
2/ The presenter had a swollen foot, needed to be close to the door.
3/ The presenter wanted to prevent any person to use the space in front of the building.
4/ The presenter wanted to be close to the door, so if a listener phones the presenter would be able to quickly visit and thank the listener.

If there is another reason (other than what I listed) for the car being parked in front of the building, please send me an Email and I will place the reason in this box.

That means the the FM Committees both Deepwater and GlenInnes attended a meeting in this railway building. on the same day.

The question has to be asked, `Why did the FM Committee not use this opportunity to meet the people on the ground?
The question has to be asked, `Why did the FM people completely treat the `Plantarama' as though it never happened.?

Well , all you guys (FM 91.1 group in Deepwater and Glen Innes FM 105.9 ) were there at the meeting. Deepwater group present, Ray, Reg, Jan, Colleen, Mark and ? the Deepwater group. I am asking you. Why did you treat the Community with contempt. You acted as though people in the event did not exist. I am sure you had a good reason. I'll eagerly wait for your answer.

Possibilities.
1/ FM Committee do not need to interact with the people.
2/ FM Committee were too busy to come to the `Plantarama'.
3/ FM Committee refuses to recognize events at the railway
4/ FM Committee refuses to recognize the people organizing events at the railway

If you think about the mission statement that is:
The purpose of this research, is to discover the role
that the Deepwater FM 91.1 has in the life of the Deepwater Community.
Deepwater FM 91.1 station was to be a hub where all groups, people could come
Clearly that is not happening.
What is clear, is that the FM Committee is completely ignoring Deepwater people and other people around the district.
So something has happened to the Deepwater FM Committee (91.1)
I am sure in the weeks ahead we will discover what has happened to the Deepwater FM Committee..
