It appears to the researcher that the Deepwater FM and Glen Innes FM has decided to go in the same direction as the Deepwater FM Committee and hold back, waiting. That stance has not help the growth of the Deepwater FM in Deepwater.

The researcher has always stated the Communication between parties sorts out all problems.
So,
the researcher hopes that lines of communication will happen.
Or,
has the FM group decided to not heal the injured parties.
You can do that,
but that is not the best option.
It is better to have friends who support you then those who will not support you.

Clearly you are dealing with people who have no people skills. The fact that they say they know what they are doing is a testimony against themselves.

After 7 years the Deepwater FM 91.1 has responded to a problem in my town Deepwater. The framed text below highlight the problem.
I am sure that at the last Deepwater FM 91.1 and Glen Innes FM 105.9 meeting that was held at the Deepwater Railway on the 10th May. The Deepwater FM 91.1 and Glen Innes FM 105.9 meeting they sat around and said, "Wow there is a problem. Let us immediately let the people in Deepwater know that we have increased the power being sent out and there could be a problem and that is why this note was sent.
The only reason we have not titled this letter Deepwater FM 91.1 and Glen Innes FM 105.9 is in case the problem is bigger then we can handle.
Or is this note sent out because some people on the FM Committee actually care about the people in Deepwater.

Hendrik is a Deepwater Man.

Deepwater FM 91.1 in trouble again.
It is 2-6-005 I received phone calls that FM 91.1 is coming through TV set and other TV sets have been interfered.
Happily I have been able to say that the FM 91.1 in Deepwater and Glen Innes FM 105.9 has new installations and they are happy that they can now increase their power which means a better signal and will go further.
The result appears to be that (According to FM source) TV installations on our towers cannot cope with what has happened. So (The FM source) has said they have done the right thing in the installation of their new gear, so it is now for us the citizens to sort out the problems in our receptions.
The FM source has said that it may have been better for them to let us know what was happening. This giving us information was refused by the FM Committee. That decision fits in with the way they have behaved over the last number of years.
If you go down my page. If you get through what I have put on my site, you will see that the FM group need a lot of training in dealing with people.

I am happy to say that 100s of people click on my site every week, that means a lot of people read about the Deepwater FM 91.1 which has a tragic start and it appears that the misery of the FM 91.1 is to happen again. Every 3 years there is an implosion in the management.
When people go onto the search engine such as MSN, Ninesman, Yahoo, Yahoo7 my site is on the top FM Deepwater. There is no good news on my site concerning the
Deepwater FM.91.1
But it need not be the case.
The misery story can fade away and the FM 91.1 can become a story that captures the imagination of the listeners.
Blind Harry knows that the old group in the Deepwater FM needs to own up and set right the wrong in the past that happened in Deepwater that involves dozens of people in my town (Deepwater). There are groups they cannot come, they are not welcomed. There are dozens of people they cannot talk to in my small district. That means the FM 91.1 in Deepwater will not prosper which is a pity.
Will I be able to post the good news on this page in the near future?
Good news is good for the soul.

Latest news is that the FM group in Deepwater and Glen Innes were successful in receiving a Grant for a mixer particularly for Glen Innes which needed a new one.
But it appears that the Deepwater people responsible for all the trouble you read below still treat the FM in our district as their own. their own personal investment, not belonging to the Community. So the mixer will not go into Glen Innes where it is needed but in Deepwater.
I guess the story is that the new mixer goes into Deepwater because the Deepwater Group still holds the power and the old mixer will go into Glen Innes.
So nothing has changed, so that means the Fm 91.1 and 105.9 will not have a voice and it appears there will be another implosion of the Committee that has happened every 3 years.
Wow! I like excitement.
The Deepwater FM people who started the Deepwater FM deserve absolutely no support, even now March 2006, because dozens of people in my district have been treated with contempt and they are ignoring what they did.
As you read below you will see the people who are responsible for the inept decision processes for the wrong decisions made over the years.
I have given them ample time to set right the comments I have made.

What you read below is right, it happened.

( Deepwater FM the old people who commenced the Deepwater FM, will not set to rest the wrong they have done to people )and so they cannot talk to dozens of people in the district and they have Charity Groups they cannot come.

People in Glen Innes may talk about Glen Innes FM but here in Deepwater the Deepwater FM is not mentioned in my (Hendrik) district, except for those couple of people who come on air.
Do you listen to Deepwater FM?
Do you listen to Glen Innes FM?
Would it true to be say that 1% or less are listening in the district, particularly the people in Deepwater and district. My measuring stick is that ABC Classical has about 1.5% listening audience (Approx). And the ABC Classical is a fabulous radio, whereas the Deepwater FM and the Glen Innes FM are still finding their feet.

The research concerning Deepwater FM 91.1 is almost done. Please remember there is a lot of evidence posted. The correct order for looking at the evidence is really 7 first and then down to 1. Still to be posted on my site is evidence 7.
My research only covers period 1997 to 2004.
2005 is not covered by my research because we are moving forward and I wish the FM group every success in their endeavors to become a voice in the Community

It is true there is only one license to cover FM 91.1 and Glen Innes.
Today's situation where the Deepwater FM station is almost non-existence has happened because of circumstances.

I have placed this message from the archives for you to see what the original FM 91.1 mission was......

The original goal of the FM 91.1 Committee.
Deepwater was to become a hub where all people in the town and district will come.
It would also have been great, if yes, people in Deepwater do come to the FM station in our town and also in GlenInnes people come to their office in GlenInnes.
But, the Deepwater FM 91.1 station has failed in the town.
and the reason this has happened is the reason for my research. To find out why it happened.
It is now April 2005 and every indication is that the original FM 91.1 Committee members have not learnt any lesson from the Deepwater debacle,
other then to act as though what happened in Deepwater did not happen. No attempt to put right, things that they did wrong.
I think it is a pity, they have not been able to set things right, but I guess their attitude indicates to us that my evidences 1-7 has a solid foundation and explains why Deepwater failed..

A dream, a vision that has not been realized.

The ABA gave the current Deepwater FM Committee (Deepwater & Districts Community F.M. Radio Inc), a license 1st Oct 1999. On your dial 91.1. 2CBD.
The vision was that the FM radio housed in the Deepwater Railway Station would be an important part of the community. The community would be involved in the station with its programs.

Unfortunately the committee that has been in power for 5 to 6 years have been unable to capture the imaginations of the Deepwater citizens and the farmers in the district.
So their original vision has been shattered.
So the Deepwater town has had to take second best. Live presenters are only on air for a few hours on the weekend. And at this present time up to January 2004, 90% of the time it is switched to the satellite that is pictured above.

It is a pity that the committee people, that I know well, has not the determination or the fortitude to see the Deepwater FM a great success in the town.
It could be that they have had the ability to set up a FM station, but they lack the ability to bring live people into the studio and stay on air. Something like 17 presenters have come and go from the station. That in itself indicates a problem exists with the management of the station.

I definitely say, it is never late to start and get the house in order with the FM Station in Deepwater.
It will be a sad day when all the Deepwater FM is, is simply a repeater with Glen Innes FM station the driving force.
I look forward to be able say, `Yes things did not look good for the Deepwater FM Station in Jan 2004, but look at it now, what a success.'

The tree on the left is a tree, the tree is the FM 91.1 Committee in Deepwater. Beside the tree is a beaver, the beaver is people like me and others in our town, who would not put up with the FM Committee doing the wrong thing ( evidences 1-7 show an inept leadership, a major flawed decision process that has led to the failure of the FM 91.1 Deepwater as a FM Station catering for the Deepwater citizens). We know that beavers can bring down trees, and in rivers the trees cause blockages ( such as FM 91.1 Committee), the blockage can be there for years, finally removed from the river we find a new world .
In Deepwater as a Community we can look forward to a new world at the Deepwater Railway Station.
The FM 91.1, as a station, with people working in Deepwater, appears to have ceased to exist. Nearly all players no longer live in the town, with the exception of Jan M, Colleen plus ???.
Those left in our town are not the engine that brought the FM 91.1 station into being. Except Jan M, who is a foundation member of the FM 91.1, is a relative to Loyd. Colleen is a friend of Jan. That connection with Loyd is the reason those two are still on the FM 91.1 station.
Those who left our town (Deepwater,) due to circumstances, Loyd and Tammy to Toowoomba. Ray, Tenterfield. Reg, Glen Innes, Elizabeth who lived in Glen Innes has moved to Armidale.
and Mark + ? who still lives in my town but wants no involvement regarding FM. But Mark will have to be involved because he is the person who keeps FM on the air.
So the key people are no longer in our town (Deepwater) .

As my usual practice I am happy for any person who believes my evidence is wrong to send me an Email which will be placed beside the offending item.

Also if your name is mentioned in the evidences and you want your name removed also send me an Email and I will remove your name.
Action to make alterations will only be accepted through Emails to my office.

The research on these pages must now to be considered drafts, because I am finding trouble how to present my research in a positive way for the Deepwater FM 91.1. ..Hendrik

The problem is that I had no wish to post research which was extremely damning. My hope was that I would receive positive information about the benefits of Deepwater FM 91.1 in the Deepwater Community.

So I will now have to post the research I have collected.
