Finally, after 2 years or more, it is good to see the
Deepwater FM 91.1 located in Deepwater removed surplus items in
the garden. The red white tower and the 4 drums of cement and the
item left on the platform.

Today the FM is going to see the Gen Innes Severn Council to put
their case.
My hope is that the Deepwater Railway Committee also has the
opportunity to talk to the General Manager before decisions are
made.
that means
,that after 6 years of refusing to acknowledge the 355
Committee at the Deepwater Railway Committee the FM group have been
forced to respond to the problems at the Deepwater Railway.
My hope,
Is that justice is done to both groups. FM and the Deepwater Railway
Committee that we both win, so that we work together.

they want to do. In other words they not care about you. All

The Tribute and the Tragedy captured peoples
imagination so they came to see what the tragedy is. Well, they now
know.
I will keep you in touch with what has happened. Deepwater FM 91.1
and Glen Innes FM 105.9 Committee. has had a look.
I spoke to Wayne the FM Chairman. I spoke to Shorty (nic name) a
Deepwater FM presenter. I spoke to other FM members and I note that
a couple of people who were responsible for the trouble are not
happy. I know this because of other sources with
FM I have.

Word did come back to me saying, "Hendrik is at it again, attacking
the FM."
There is what I call, "right" or "wrong".
If you look at my site with Deepwater Railway it is obvious
there is a problem that needs to be fixed. These problems have been
developing over 5 years.
If you go through my personal site with the FM the FM has said that
they are right. Even though it is clear they are not right.
They are saying their wrong is right. And they have attacked dozens
of people in my town Deepwater and that is why we do not support the
FM in Deepwater.

When I visited Wayne in Inverell he did not say to me, "Hendrik we
in the FM want the right to be done." He simply said write back
concerning your issues.
But the issues are clearly posted on

so you see and on the facts I have posted on the site the FM can
act.

What I find astonishing, is that over the years that issues
came with the Deepwater FM 91.1, never ever, ever has a person
said, "The right thing needs to be done"
That includes religious people who go to church, even the local
vicar, even the people I know who go to church.
This one fact I find astonishing.

Surely an Email, letter, phone call or personal contact, someone can
say, "Let's sort things out. Let us get thinks fixed so that
Deepwater FM can blossom"
I want to support the Deepwater FM 91.1, If they are so
resentful about what happened in the past and what they have done, maybe, when each person dies and that includes myself
, then, the problem will go and my sites will also be gone.

The reason I put up the title for www.deepwaterrailway.com
Tribute and the Tragedy
that I wanted put give tribute to those who put in the effort
over the years.
It was while
I was doing the photo work that I realized an injustice has
happened. The Deepwater FM 91.1 had put items on the
building and the site (garden) that was diminishing the History of
the Deepwater Railway.
The FM group as a group need to do the right thing for the Deepwater
Railway Committee and the Deepwater Community.

I would be doing the
wrong thing if I did not try to convince the FM group they need to
fix things with the Deepwater Railway Committee.
I have 100's coming to my site each week and they will read my
comments and that includes many of you in my district who come onto
my site.
I thank you for that.
I am hoping that in the future I will be able to say, "There were
things with the FM in Deepwater that were wrong, but now we are
working together, Deepwater Railway Committee and the Community.
Let it happen?

The saddest point
The Deepwater Railway
Committee had always earned
revenue through renting out the rooms (about 4
rooms)
so they could maintain the building. Because they have been
robbed of income for 3 rooms the Deepwater Railway Committee cannot
maintain and develop the site and look after the building.
Clearly an injustice
has happened.
It needs to be fixed.
I can say to the FM group how would you like to have a
building that you were earning rent, then a new tenant came in and
refused to pay rent,
not just 1 room but 3.
You know very well what your response would be.
So, without having to chase you. Fix the problem and pay
rent.
I know you will read my comments.
What will your response be?
You know what the right thing to do.
Why not do it?
Make friends, not enemies.
