Women LEADERS IN THE CHURCHES

I have deliberately put women first (men are discussed later). As a women Christian I know that like me, Jesus is your leader and you listen to him. The Holy Spirit teaches you and he also directs you.

Some people ( particular men) who are leaders in the churches say that there is no place for you as the leader. What that person has to say is completely irrelevant.

What matters is the call of God to you. It is God who decides your work and he makes no mistakes. So if God has called you to be a leader then run with it, what ever that means for you. If God has chosen you, then with him  nothing is impossible. But you may need to be a martyr to your  cause. The women who are not really called will fall by the road. But you won't, because you will fight to the death.

Some people (men mainly) say God will never call you because it is against his word. Are they saying that in spite of the mess that men have caused in the Christian world, that God may not be calling women. I believe them majority of men (leaders) have lost the plot. Men are injuring the Christian world. God may be raising you (women),  because the Christian world needs you. A lot of women are way ahead of men as leaders, It makes me laugh at the stupidity of some men who are trying to be leaders. so,  IF YOU HAVE THE CALL, RUN WITH IT.

Men LEADERS IN THE CHURCHES

How you run is important. The training you have had is not good enough to help you  to lead a group of people.

Some people are natural leaders, but many of us need to be trained, so be trained Do not be lazy. There is a lot of help available, in people, books, videos and other. Observe successful leaders, pick out what fits your personality.

You can be a successful leader, or if the bottom line is you still lack, then pick out someone to run with you and both of you can be successful leaders.

CHURCHES

Some people say that we are not in the game of worrying about the number of people who go into the church. Some people are happy to talk to the empty chairs. My thinking is that that is a stupid attitude. It is better to talk to people so that they can become Christians, then the empty chairs which gives the indication that the Christian world is losing the game. Nothing is further from the truth. God's Kingdom is growing by the second. People are coming into the kingdom even as you read this article.

If new people  are not coming into your church regularly it simply means you have forgotten your job is to fish. You must throw your line into the ocean. Your church is the boat, if you are not fishing then you need help. Find  a person who knows how to throw the line out, there are churches around who are excellent examples of how to bring people into a church.

Bringing people into your church has nothing to do with your stance theologically. The point is, if you can get people into your church (into the seats) you can then speak to them and you will find that the harvest is ready as Jesus said. So, your church may have 19 members, but it can have 190. If you are not equipped to do the work, then look around the people in your district, hunt out the people who have all the abilities needed. If you can do that, then you are a true leader.

Stagnation should not be acceptable to you. All that matters is GROWTH. If you are not GROWING you might find you are like an old person who is dying a bit at a time and is finally buried. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. BE A TRUE LEADER.
