On arriving at Lavrieton we launched the boat
and headed down to fish the oyster racks with the current running strong
I used the electric motor to keep the boat imposition next to the oyster
racks and through my first soft plastic as close as possible to the
racks within a few inches which landed my first bream for the next 2 and
1/2 hours we landed another five good-sized bream and through back just
as many undersize bream we also landed one flathead all in all it which
was a magic day my favourite outfit used was a shimano 1000 reel 6lb
Berkley fireline and 8lb Berkley vanish leader soft plastic used Berkley
3" bass minnow in watermelon colour. |
