Please remember, my
research is not today (Feb 2005) where Glen Innes FM group are working on the FM.
I
am dealing with the fact that FM Deepwater link has been destroyed.
And Why?
Because of the flawed decisions and actions of the Deepwater FM 91.1
Board members, who had so many dreams in Deepwater. The FM 91.1 was
going to be a vital part of the Deepwater Community.
That dream is dashed.
You guys in
FM and particularly, Ray, Reg, Jan, M, Mark and ? why don't you fix the
problem.
Deepwater can be a part of the FM.
The page I have posted and the evidences to be posted in the
future, highlight the problems.
Front up and deal with the situations that need
to be fixed..
Let us (Deepwater Community) work with you.
There could have been a vibrant group working as presenters in Deepwater
FM and the lack of community support need not have happened.
All information has been organized and now comes the time when I need to
place before you the results of my research. I created a pause with
evidence I was posting, to allow time for parties to send me
information, and I was looking for positive information from the people
and the FM group.
I believe I need to put before interested parties what has happened with
the FM Deepwater 91.1.
The experiment in Deepwater has failed for obvious reasons.
Failed, because of items as listed below, and evidences 1-7 show .
I also believe injustices need to be put right because I have inside
information with my research, which shows the Deepwater Community has
been treated with contempt by the FM 91.1 group.

purpose of this research,
is to discover the role
that the Deepwater FM 91.1 has
in the life of the Deepwater Community.
FM 91.1 was to be a hub where all community groups would come.
FM was to be a strategic part of the Deepwater Community life.
Looking at the original vision, the hopes and dreams, that the FM
Committee
had in starting the FM broadcast in Deepwater.
The
information that I have researched has led me to the conclusion that the
problems with the Deepwater FM 91.1 is a question of control and
ownership.
Which led to, absolutely, no interest in the Deepwater FM from the
Deepwater Community.

For those who have
taken an interest in the history of the Deepwater FM. It is clear the
Deepwater FM in Deepwater has failed.
After 6 years the only presenters on air are 2 board members and a
presenter.
The only hope for the FM in the district is Glen Innes.
Loyd, I believe that the reason you were not concerned about people
staying at the station is that you and others decided you were the
owners of the station.
Even though you received a Community License, your intentions were to
get a license for yourself and your friends. Yes, it is a community
station, if it suits your agenda.

In my research I have discovered another 4 reasons Deepwater FM has failed in
Deepwater.
1/
Reg for the same reason that Loyd was not
concerned about people is because you also decided the
FM station belongs to you.

that you wanted to run the station yourself. That fits in with the idea
that you own the station.

Kevin to do the work is that you had no wish to sort out the problem. Is
was your FM and how dare do members.., presenters get in the way of your
plans.

As I looked at the evidence that I have posted and will in the
future. I have had to think about, `Why did the FM Deepwater board
members act the way they have over the last 6 years?
To me (researcher) it is clear it is a question of ownership and if you
like power.
What we have witnessed in Deepwater FM is a classical struggle of a
group holding onto something that considered their own and to hell with
any person that thought different. And so the community left and the
board itself is all that is left in Deepwater.

The door to Deepwater FM 91.1 that has been operating for about six
years.
I have been researching Deepwater FM 91.1.
The research has been completed.
I had commenced postings of evidence but I have decided that my research
is too... damning concerning
Deepwater FM 91.1
So a pause....
I have withdrawn my research in the hope that new information can be
found so that not only evidence that I have discovered is posted, but in
future, I can add a positive spin concerning the benefit of the
Deepwater FM for Deepwater's citizens.
Evidence to start again 1st February.
 This
dancer stands for every thing that is good.
My research is designed to be good.
It is not a case of trying to damage FM Deepwater.
This research is designed to
show what actually happened with Deepwater FM 91.1 committee.
So far, the evidence is not complimentary as you have seen with
evidence1, 2 and 3 and unless information is forwarded to me the
evidence in the future 4 to 7 is extremely damning.
I believe I have uncovered why the Deepwater FM
91.1 committee has lost its way.
The resulting conclusion appears to be that the Deepwater committee has
had to leave town and start fresh in Glen Innes

With this evidence on the 1st new information will be presented.
My hope is that you will add more information to my research
so continue to send your Emails.
I have not received any mail which indicates that I am wrong in
what I stated. Previous evidences 1, 2 and 3 were viewed.
There are insights to be gained by looking at my Satire cartoon on
`committee trying to survive'
So have a look and think about the situations depicted.
1st of February evidence 4 will be posted and it would be beneficial to
look at future evidences with the Satire cartoon. Cartoon and evidences
can offer insights.

 In spite
of my evidence that I posted and other evidence that I intended to place
before you in the future I am sure I have missed other evidence.
When the ABA gave a permanent license to Deepwater a board member told
me the greatest event that has happened to Deepwater is that license and
all Deepwater citizens would benefit.
Is that true, should I be receiving the positives.
A Deepwater citizen said to me before Christmas that he listens to FM
91.1 in his garage where he works.
Another citizen on ten mile told me that he cannot receive radio
stations signals, but he can receive the 91.1 signal so he listens to
it.
January 2005 I traveled from Deepwater to InverelI. I started by
listening to 91.1 and then moved to 105.9. I enjoyed the music and items
delivered..
I am sure there must be another side concerning Deepwater FM 91.1.
Let me know if you listen to 91.1.
Show me that FM 91.1 is enhancing Deepwater citizens life.
When I start posting my evidence again in a few weeks
let there be positives which will soften my evidence.
My evidence needs to be posted because there are issues which need to be
published to show the Deepwater citizens are not the reason the
Deepwater link FM 91.1 has failed and the
Glen Innes link is the savior.
I do have a complaint and I am going to
highlight it below.
I have no hesitation in saying, the reason I have decided to
produce my evidence concerning FM 91.1 is to `right' injustices. One of
the injustices, is the terrible decision where the Deepwater FM 91.1
committee behind the back of the Deepwater people convinced the council
to place a tower in the middle of the Deepwater railway garden.
The garden has been desecrated, spoilt.
FM Committee needs to apologize to the Deepwater group who have been
looking after the garden well before the FM group came onto the
property.
That tower is a testimony of the selfishness of the Deepwater FM 91.1
group. That evidence concerning the tower in the garden was posted, but
is withdrawn, till I post evidence again in a few weeks.
